Gender Equality Show and Tell

The UK Government Equalities Office will share insights on Gender Pay Gap Reporting and evidence-based interventions that encourage employers to improve gender equality. Last year, the UK became one of the first countries in the world to mandate pay gap reporting for employers. Since making this data publicly available just six months ago, over 1 million people from 190 countries have viewed the data.
