• Isabel Serval, is a foresight strategist and UCD content consultant. She focusses on improving internal user experiences in her role at Defence Digital within the UK's Ministry of Defence (MOD). She also runs strategic foresight projects with Traversing Futures.

• Johann Schutte, Johann Schutte is a foresight specialist at SOIF, facilitating foresight processes, foresight integration with strategy, capability building and training material development. His work includes projects with the WHO and the Mongolian Ministry of Health, the Wales Community of Voluntary Action, the Omidyar Foundation on data governance in Africa, the Körber-Stiftung on AI governance at the Paris Peace Forum, and the Gulbenkian Foundation on Portugal’s future and intergenerational fairness. He co-designed and delivered SOIF’s Foresight for System Transformation training for UN Global Pulse, which received the Association of Professional Futurists’ Most Significant Futures Work Award and was later extended through UNDCO. Previously, he built his foresight policy expertise at UNICEF in New York, advising country offices and writing guidance on foresight in the UN system. He is based in Cape Town and is a member of the Association of Professional Futurists.

• Peter Glenday, Peter Glenday is Programme and Research Director at the School of International Futures (SOIF). He has over twelve years’ experience delivering foresight and research projects across governments, non-profits, and academic research. Clients include: BOND Development Futures, UK Cabinet Office, Department for transport, Government Office for Science and the National Crime Agency. He has worked on projects for California 100, Cancer Research UK, Save the Children, UN Global Pulse, the World Health Organization, Royal Society, and IATA. He worked at the Horizon Scanning Centre in the UK Government Office for Science as a lead researcher on the 2010 Technology and Innovation Futures and ‘Dimensions of Uncertainty’ projects. Prior to joining SOIF he was Head of Business Development at Helplines Partnership, a third sector infrastructure body. Peter has a doctorate in Zoology (Genetics) from the University of Oxford.
