• Helen Clark, is a respected global leader on sustainable development, gender equality and international cooperation. She served three successive terms as Prime Minister of New Zealand between 1999 and 2008. While in government, she led policy debates on a wide range of economic, social, environmental and cultural issues, including sustainability and climate change.

• Sanjay Pradhan, joined the Open Government Partnership in May 2016. Sanjay supports the countries, local governments and thousands of civil society organisations working to make governments more open, participatory and less corrupt. He leads OGP’s policy dialogue with Heads of States, senior ministers and civil society organisations across the partnership, and serves as OGP’s global spokesperson.

• Robin Hodess, engages companies in efforts to prevent corruption and improve corporate governance, contribute to responsible tax practice and protect civic freedoms. She also helps drive The B Team’s strategic planning and incubation of new work, drawing upon her two decades of leadership, advocacy and research experience across transparency, accountability and social justice.

• César Gazzo Huck, is in charge of the open government, open data, digital country, digital government and digital services agendas, as well as the coordination of these areas between the national government and the provincial and municipal governments. Currently, he leads the co-presidency of Argentina in the Open Government Partnership. He has vast experience in technology, both in the private sector and in the sub-national public sector.

• Jae-Young Lee, leads government innovation to make a positive impact on citizens’ lives. Recognizing the importance of open government values and principles to enhance public services and win trust, he plays a key role in designing cross-government innovation strategy and initiatives in line with transparency, citizen participation and anti-corruption. Prior to his current position at the ministry, he served as Vice Governor of Jeollanam-do (South Jeolla Province) where he improved public services at the local level.
