• Dom Virdee-Livens, is the head of a relatively new centralised change team in the House of Commons, supporting the internal Commons services to navigate and implement change with a people-focused approach. Dom has been at the House of Commons since 2009 and has spent the last 8 years working in change, including programmes focused on smart working, building moves and general elections. Prior to this, Dom's background was in digital and internal communications.

• Stacey Ileleji, a transformational leader and Co-Chair of the Interdepartmental Organizational Change Network (IOCN). Since its inception in 2001, the IOCN has empowered public servants to raise their proficiency at integrating change management and mindful leadership principles into public sector operations. The IOCN brings focus to ensuring successful, human-centred change and transformation efforts. Most recently, she led the development of the change management infrastructure that supported over 60 organizations with modernizing a key aspect of the Canadian federal public service’s people management framework. Stacey also co-chairs the Human Resources Council's (HRC) Community Engagement Hub in collaboration with the HRC’s Executive Director. Stacey’s passion for her work is supported by a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Adler University and a Bachelor of Commerce degree with Honours from Carleton University. She also earned a Prosci Change Management certification.

• Mandy Oliver, is Head of Change Management within Project Delivery and Change at the UK’s Department for Business and Trade. In this role she drives the departmental strategic direction of change management to support delivery of the Major Change Portfolio and ‘change as usual’ activities, as well as building internal change capabilities. Mandy is passionate about building maturity and visibility of change management as a profession in the public sector. Using her position as Head of the Cross-Government Community of Practice to build capability and embed best practice across the sector and advocate the benefits of a change management approach. She is the SW Chapter Lead for the Change Management Institute (voluntary position).
