This is week 4 in the boot camp 'How to Work Remotely, Through COVID & Beyond'.

Times of change are never easy. Living and working outside of one’s comfort zone and having to adapt to new realities can create uncertainty and stress. It can often lead to feeling overwhelmed, anxious and isolated when everything around changes. This week we will discuss physical and mental health and how to ensure a healthy work-life balance, whether you're still working from home or are beginning to go back to the office.

1: Read about how to build a culture of wellness in your team Read this article about how to bring your whole self to work (even if you’re working from your kitchen) and build a more supportive team.

2: Check out this illustrated guide to 'Doing What Matters in Times of Stress' Review this cartoon guide from WHO about 'Doing What Matters in Times of Stress.' Choose one or two of the techniques described in the guide to try the next time you're feeling stressed, and practise.

3: Watch the recording of this week's live event This week, you'll hear from Therese Fitzpatrick, Global Lead - Mental Health at the United Nations and Ruan Boshoff, Regional Staff Counsellor, UNICEF, about how to maintain wellbeing while working remotely. You can watch the recording here.
