Commit to trying at least one item over the next week.
- Use a Kanban approach to managing your own work. Try Trello or Planner in Teams. Break your work into two-week sprints, mapping it out on the board.
- Ask for time in a team meeting to try a show and tell - explaining the process behind work you are doing.
- Test doing daily standups to talk about what team members are working on, what they need help with, and any blockers to getting work done. Standup should be no more than 15 minutes.
