• How might you bring the user into your work even when you don’t work with them face to face?

Homework

5-minute activity: 5 Points

• Commit to trying at least one item over the next week.
• Find a way to get feedback on a piece of your work this week - even if you have to ask co-workers. Then build their feedback into whatever you are working on.
• Create a list of who is ultimately impacted by the work you do - who are your end users? Remember that you aren’t the user. Start to think about their expectations.
• Over the next week, try to listen more and talk less when in meetings and conversations with others. What do you hear differently?
