Mini Service Design Project pt 5: Optimize a portion of your day.

The ultimate objective of your homework the past 5 weeks was to analyze and optimize a part of your day, by thoroughly analyzing, observing and pulling insights around your daily activities. Now that you have done that, it is time to reflect.

Instructions:

Please reflect on the following questions*:

  • Now that you tried something to optimize a process, think about how you might improve on it.
  • How would you change or iterate on it? Or do you think you should abandon this idea and try another?
  • What was your desired objective? What did you try?
  • Did you use the journey map template?

*Once you are done your reflections, we encourage you to share your insights and learnings through the Slack group.
