The skills in this template have been selected based on extensive research and interviews with members of the Apolitical Community.
This template is not intended to serve as a comprehensive list of all the skills and competencies required for public servants to excel. Instead, it offers a foundational set of skills and competencies that all public servants can apply and can help identify any gaps for your team to work on.
