Oslo has partnered with a startup incubator to develop businesses that integrate refugees into Norwegian society. Boost Refugee helps entrepreneurs - all of whom are either refugees or have pledged to hire refugees - develop business plans and test their ideas, with a particular focus on marketing to the public sector. In Norway, immigrants are twice as likely to be unemployed as ethnic Norwegians.
