I currently hold the post of Head of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion at publicjobs.ie.
Prior to this for the last 20 years, I worked in the non-profit and public sectors in London. Initially working on City Hall's education and youth programme, and later leading the education programme for London's Violence Reduction Unit.
I also advised the Mayor of London on gender equality, childcare policy and workplace diversity and inclusion and have gained extensive experience in delivering policies and programmes for suitable change.
I am now focused on supporting the Irish civil service with its range of equality, diversity and inclusion priorities.
