The HeadStrong project uses machine learning on historical data to predict and flag mental health injury risks for early intervention. The project was built using open source tools within existing budget.
Proactively detecting mental health risks will reduce Workers’ Compensation Board (WCB) claims and costs, fostering a healthier, more supportive workplace culture.
