When you think of ‘digital skills’, what comes to mind?
You might think about the ability to code, use the latest technologies, or navigate social media with ease.
The most important digital skill isn’t technical know-how: it’s having the right mindset. Having a digital age mindset is one of the most important keys to digital transformation success and the improvement of government services for citizens and government workers – especially in current times as we all try to navigate a hybrid world.
In this free online boot camp, developed in collaboration with Adapt2Digital, you’ll learn about the 7 mindsets of modern leadership for public servants in a digital age. - Lesson 1: Getting started with the Digital Native and Adaptive Mindset
- Lesson 2: Connected: The networked mindset
- Lesson 3: Open: The authentic mindset
- Lesson 4: Data informed: The Datamindful leader
- Lesson 5: Final mindsets, and connecting the dots
You'll get:
