Denley McIntosh, I&IT Resource Manager for IT Source in the Treasury Board Secretariat within the Ontario Government. Denley is known as an organisational change agent who brings over 15 years experience in the space of people development and inclusive workplace. This includes over 10 years of experience of building workplace communities in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors. He is the Founder and Executive Director of Connect Ontario Professional Development Group, a workplace community for public sector professionals in Canada who are looking to grow both professionally and personally in a safe space of belonging, care and empathy. Denley recently won an Amethyst Award from the Ontario Government for individual service excellence. This is their government’s highest honour for excellent public service. As an author and speaker, he shares his wealth of knowledge and experience by producing content on leadership and culture via his podcast, The Coach’s Corner on Apple and Spotify.
