To really build a public service of the future means to build one that is more inclusive and equitable, where everyone feels they belong. Join this free online micro-course, created in collaboration with the Ontario Digital Service, to learn about how to build a digital public service that is more fair, inclusive, and anti-racist.

• Lessons will contain a required reading or video, additional suggested readings, videos or case studies, conversation starters, and poll questions.
• By completing all 5 lessons, you will earn a ‘Fairness and Equity: Anti-Racism in Government’ micro-course certificate of completion.
• Learning works best when you learn with others. Form a small team with your colleagues as you explore this course and place a weekly calendar hold in your schedule to dedicate time.
