The report focusses on three areas for leadership:
Strategy: Understanding what AI can do for your government and mapping how you intend to get there.
People and Skills: Investing in AI skills, encouraging experimentation and fostering communities of practice to help achieve an AI-confident culture.
Institutional Governance: Defining “responsible use” of AI, avoiding AI paralysis, proactively managing risks and ensuring dynamic governance for dynamic technology will be key for governments.
