Government and local authority websites serve as primary channels* for policy information dissemination, yet user satisfaction remains low due to poor accessibility and search accuracy. Furthermore, dozens of separate websites exist for each ministry and local authority's affiliated organizations, requiring citizens to visit and search individual sites to find information—a cumbersome process.
