The Public Sector Fraud Authority needed a scalable solution to help organisations quickly generate high-quality draft Fraud Risk Assessments (FRAs), as traditional fraud risk assessment creation was time-intensive, required specialised expertise, and often resulted in inconsistent quality and coverage across different organisations.
The Fraud Risk Assessment Accelerator uses GPT-4.1 within a Streamlit web application hosted in Cabinet Office Business Application Suite to generate standardised draft FRAs in Excel format. The system enables fraud domain experts to quickly create comprehensive fraud risk documentation while maintaining professional standards and requiring human review and validation.
At the end of October 2025, the Cabinet Office Technical Design Authority (TDA) assured the FRA Accelerator for Public Beta rollout. We are now commencing the rollout across the UK Public Sector and Five Eyes governments.
