This service utilizes AI and IoT technologies to analyze fitness measurements and health management data in real time, aiming to support more effective health maintenance by providing personalized health management solutions.
As physical decline and health-related issues become more prevalent in modern society, the need for personalized health management is steadily increasing. Existing fitness measurement methods often rely on periodic examinations, which have limitations in providing real-time analysis and immediate feedback. This service utilizes AI and IoT technologies to analyze fitness measurements and health management data in real time, aiming to support more effective health maintenance by providing personalized health management solutions.
This system collects fitness measurement data and analyzes it to provide optimal health management strategies. By utilizing AI algorithms, the system evaluates the user’s fitness data, exercise capacity, and overall health status. Based on these insights, it establishes personalized exercise and health management plans to encourage continuous health improvement. The system also leverages smart wearable devices, such as smartbands and smartwatches, along with fitness measurement equipment to gather real-time data. This allows for the analysis of the user’s exercise patterns, heart rate, blood pressure, and oxygen saturation, enabling the early detection of potential health abnormalities. Based on the AI analysis results, the platform offers customized solutions including exercise recommendations, nutritional management, and health goal setting. Furthermore, it effectively supports health promotion by providing continuous feedback tailored to changes in the user’s health condition.
Through this system, individuals can manage their physical fitness and health more effectively, which is expected to contribute significantly to the improvement of user health and the prevention of chronic diseases.
