Teambuilding exercises for fostering creativity and innovation

Working in government requires being able to quickly switch between different modes of thinking, especially as the context changes rapidly and new issues emerge. As a public servant you might often be pulled away from your daily work writing briefings, responding to emails or analysing data and asked to come up with the solution to a burning problem.

Making this switch from analytical to creative thinking is tough — but luckily, it can be made easier by employing a few simple tools. In this workshop, you’ll learn how to run games and icebreakers that will get the creative juices going and help you and your team get into an innovative mindset before diving into problem solving.
