“What does social media or behavioural science have to do with L&D?”
Following the insightful discussions on 'Expanding Your Impact as an L&D Team’, this event shifts focus towards honing in on skills you can learn from other disciplines to become supercharged L&D professionals.
You'll hear from:
- A game designer from Multiverse on how gamification mechanics make for motivating L&D
- A government social media strategist on making learning go viral with internal stakeholders
- A behavioural scientist from the Cabinet Office on how to understand the brain for better learning
- A data scientist on how to leverage data for impactful stories for stakeholder buy-in
- and more!
In this showcase-style event, we'll be exploring the skill sets which can amplify your L&D toolkit from, perhaps unexpected, allies.
