Jade Schofield, A Senior Advisor, Climate Risk and Resilience with WSP Canada, is also President of the Ontario Urban Forest Council. Jade has 12 years of experience within a local government. Her accomplishments include leading and managing a range of corporate and community adaptation and strategic mitigation plans, conducting greenhouse gas inventories, climate risk assessments, carbon budgets green development standards, leading low carbon capital infrastructure projects, implementing environmental policy, creating a range of community ecological outreach programs, developing indicators for tracking and monitoring, and reporting community progress.
Amy Campbell , a Senior Net Zero policy advisor, is on the Climate Fast Stream in the UK Civil Service. As previous Co-Chair of the Civil Service Climate and Environment Network, which up-skills the Civil Service in climate and environment policy skills and opportunities, she got Prime Minister sign-off for a climate and environment specialism in the UK policy profession standards. In her last government posting, Amy was private secretary to the Director General for Business, in the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, working on various national crises. Before the Civil Service, she interned in food systems transformation with the UN SDG2 advocacy hub, and with the social mobility charity upReach.
Peter Binfield-Smith, a Priority Project Lead at the UK’s Department for Transport. He has experience across diverse policy fields including major infrastructure, nature and water, and is currently specialising in fast-paced delivery of departmental priorities. Peter has led work in capability building across the civil service and is passionate about encouraging colleagues to develop skills, share knowledge and drive positive change.
