Ayesha Hameed, Head of Community Engagement at Greater London Authority, is currently leading on improving engagement and participation practice in London, and has developed the organisation’s work on community and citizen-led engagement. Ayesha is committed to championing the value of lived experience, and person-centred approaches in policy and decision making to amplify the voices of under-served and underrepresented communities. She is a trustee of the Migration Museum and a public authority representative for the Grenfell Memorial Commission and has previously worked for the London Borough of Hounslow and A2Dominion Housing Group.
Malaysia Abdi, Truth & Reconciliation Program Manager for the City of Minneapolis, is a community organizer with a background in youth work, violence prevention, and public safety reform across Minnesota. She graduated from Metropolitan State University with her bachelor’s in criminal justice and master’s in advocacy and political leadership. Malaysia would describe her career as iconic, fulfilling, and people centered. For fun she enjoys shopping, spending time with friends, and traveling.
Tamara Srzentić, former Minister of Public Administration Digital Transformation and Media of Montenegro. Tamara has 15+ years of experience in government reform, policy and digital transformation leadership and has developed a global reputation for introducing the culture, practices and technologies of the digital era to help governments better serve the public. Previously, over the past two California administrations, Tamara co-founded 2 gov startups - Office of Innovation and Office of Digital Innovation - where she championed the course for the priority policy initiatives, digital service and public transformation strategies for the world’s 5th largest economy. Under Tamara’s leadership California State government reshaped policies and standards, propelled public private partnerships, saved money, improved services and built lasting capability for innovation and digital service delivery. Tamara is passionate about empowering leaders in government, and driving culture change by introducing mindset, practices and modern digital delivery skills, building teams highly skilled in human centered design, iterative product delivery and empathetic group facilitation.
