• Calum Handforth, Thematic Lead on Digitalization and Smart Cities at UNDP Singapore. He is also a Policy Fellow at the Centre for Science and Social Policy at the University of Cambridge, exploring how to use policy to ensure that government digital efforts are inclusive.

• Liam Maxwell, Director of Government Transformation for Amazon Web Services & Former National Technology Adviser for the UK Government. He leads the global AWS team of experienced head of government practitioners to help executive leaders adapt to new business models that meet citizens' needs, take control of their technology and build sustainable world-class public services leveraging the cloud.

• Ryan Hum, the Chief Client Experience Officer and Associate ADM at Employment and Social Development Canada, is the first ever CCXO in the Government of Canada. Over the past ten years, Ryan has introduced human-centered design, behavioural science, and data science to policy and program delivery. He has taught at the University of Toronto, Carleton, and OCAD University. He was named Canadian Public Sector CIO of the Year and Technation's Public Sector Disruptor of the Year. He is also a recipient of the Public Service Award of Excellence.

• Yolanda Jinxin Ma, Head of Research & Global Partnerships at the United Nations Development Programme's Chief Digital Office, spent more than a decade in the intersection of digital technologies and social impact. She is currently focusing on advising countries on their digital transformation journeys, leading research on how digital technologies reshapes society, and building the digital ecosystem globally with various partners.
