Christian Napier, the Director of AI for Utah’s Division of Technology Services, leads statewide AI implementation in executive branch agencies. An inaugural Center for Public Sector AI Top 50 AI award recipient, he previously spent 25 years as a technology and business executive serving major international sport events.
