Event Description
Data is everywhere — but how do you use it effectively? Access to information alone isn’t enough; the real challenge lies in interpreting and applying data to make better decisions, improve efficiency and shape impactful policies.
For public servants, the ability to gather, interpret and integrate data into decision-making is now essential. At this masterclass, we’ll examine the key strategies for becoming more data-driven and showcase practical tools and approaches for embedding data into daily work.
Our speakers have successfully used data to up their game in government, as well as drive positive change within their teams. Whether you’re new to data or looking to refine your approach, this session will equip you with the same skills and confidence to make data work for you.
