24 hours of problem-solving: why we need you

Wicked problems, work problems, policy problems. Whatever problem you’re facing today, countless public servants around the world are facing identical challenges. That’s why Apolitical launched a Community Q&A board, and why we’re now teaming up with OneTeamGov.

This unconference is now a chance for you to collectively brainstorm solutions to the most important problems you face in your role. When you register for the unconference, you’ll be asked to submit the biggest challenge you are facing today. Feel free to interpret this how you please; it could be anything from climate change to career troubles.

At the conference, there will be live brainstorming sessions where public servants and friends will collaborate to come up with smart solutions and sharp insights on each issue. We’ll store the notes and answers on the Apolitical Q&A board for posterity.

What if I can’t make the event?

You’re welcome to tune into the 24-hour unconference at any time that suits you. If you’re not available to join — or simply can’t wait until 26 May — feel free to submit questions to the Q&A board. We’ll work hard to get an expert answer to you as soon as possible.

What you can expect is a chance to engage in meaningful conversations with your peers from all over the world, build new friendships and learn how you can turbocharge your work to make a greater impact on the issues you care about.
