The British Government has partnered with private companies to establish a demonstration fund showcasing the economic and social potential of arts projects. The fund is an attempt to stimulate up to $32m worth of social investment in the arts sector by highlighting the tangible community benefits projects can have. The fund gives loans to recipients who prove their project's social impact and provides support to measure their effectiveness. The fund aims to invest $8.8m in 20 to 30 projects over a two-year period.
