In this article, we share the polling results from the workshop Unlock the power of remote and hybrid teams, which took place on May 4th, 2022.
What’s your team’s current working configuration?
With sixty-five per cent of participants reporting that their workplace has adopted a hybrid model, it’s clear that Covid-19 has had a huge impact.
But - as we’ll see - working remotely can bring challenges as well as benefits.

What do you find most challenging about working in a remote or hybrid environment?
While lots of participants felt that hybrid working had negatively affected their ability to communicate, the main challenge was social. It seems that forming friendships behind screens just isn’t quite the same…
