Singapore is promoting lifelong learning by offering every citizen over the age of 25 the equivalent of $360 in course credits. Students can apply the credit to classes from a wide range of subjects – from cybersecurity to floral arrangement. Through SkillsFuture, Singapore's government will increase investment in continuing education and training by $288 million annually over 2017 to 2020.
