Together we have an immense amount of talent. Here is the latest prototype to crowdsource solutions. The idea follows two streams . 1. The ministry pitches a problem to crowd source solutions and 2. Individuals propose ideas that organically form and build to a pitch (B-Note). In either stream, participants use pseudonyms to eliminate bias by name or title. Its early and some parts may not work but have a look anyway. If you can't create a profile, use my e-mail and Pineapples as the pwd.
