A non-profit is helping English-speaking female immigrants find jobs in the growing field of medical interpretation. By working with Found in Translation, the women have seen their wages increase by 63% on average. The women can use languages as diverse as Chinese, Hindi, Arabic and Somali to help foreign-born patients.
