Blessed be the God of our mothers—

The God of Eve, who gave life its first name,

The God of Sarah, whose laughter bore a nation,

The God of Rebekah, whose courage charted unknown roads,

The God of Rachel, who wept for her children,

And the God of Leah, who praised with every breath.

We lift our voice in thanksgiving—

For the sacred lineage of faith,

For the unshaken pillars of courage and continuity,

For the leadership anointed not by crown, but by character.

And we give thanks for Evelyn Rebecca Mukolwe,

Whose name echoes the matriarchs of old,

Whose life bears witness to the strength of the women who walked before her.

A daughter of promise, a mother of vision,

A woman who walks the path of light.

O Lord of generations,

Who remembers those who rise in righteousness—
