How often do you currently facilitate meetings or events?
Most participants said that they facilitate meetings on a regular basis — once a month or more — making it all the more important to work on their hosting skills.
What do you find most challenging about facilitation?
The hardest things about effective facilitation are ensuring that** speakers keep to time**, navigating differing opinions, and making sure that everyone’s voices are heard.
