How would you describe your job to a friend?

I help food services operating in provincial correctional institutions in Ontario.

What are your daily/weekly/monthly responsibilities?

Support food services operations in all aspects from menu to food safety and support food services leads on menu development for specific diet requests for the inmates.

What does your successor need to know to succeed?

The senior nutrition consultant needs to have good problem solving skills and good communication skills to make team work flow smoothly and according to the needs of the inmates.

What are some current projects you're working on?

Menu redevelopment and diet software expansion.
