Exit Memo: Project Director

We asked members of the Apolitical Community to write-up a prospective “exit memo” for their role to increase visibility of the different kinds of work being done across government.

**Job Title: Project Director **

How would you describe your job to a friend?

In my job we work with governments and organisations to help them to be more participative and open. We use and create technology that allows debates and connects communities.

What are your daily/weekly/monthly responsibilities?

My main responsibility is to make everyone in the organisation know what they have to do. I organise tasks. I also lead projects and have to plan activities, talk to governments and organisations, and with Democracia in Red's team.

What does your successor need to know to succeed?

My successor must know that it is an exciting and changing job where each day is different, so being attentive is very important, as is making decisions and continuing to move forward.

What are some current projects you're working on?

I am working on a project so that the citizenry is informed in the national elections of Argentina, in the development of a participatory budget voting platform and a platform for the visualisation of justice data.
