5-Minute Conversation: 5 Points
During the next week take 5 minutes to discuss with a colleague the following two points:
- In what ways is your team already working to support a digital culture?
- Reflect on how COVID has impacted how we work, and if it has moved us towards a digital culture.
Homework
5-minute activity: 5 Points
Commit to doing at least one item over the next week. A quick Google search will provide you with more information about each suggestion.
- Work in the open. Share what you are working on with a team member this week.
- Do daily standups – in person, using online meeting tools or with regular Slack/Teams/internal messaging posts.
- Use a kanban board to map out your project’s progress (for example, you could use Teams Planner, Trello or even sticky notes)
- Organize a retrospective (in person or remote) for a recent project and iterate (EasyRetro is one tool you can use)
