Welcome back to your psychological safety course. You are over halfway through the course and doing great (bit of feedback for you). This lesson shall continue our discussion on feedback through a 5-minute listen, a short audio clip involving members of the Apolitical community. Our host Thomas will be discussing feedback with the 3 guests. They share their experiences regarding feedback, as well as how feedback has played a role in their team.

Firstly, Dr Melanie Garson is the Policy Lead for Europe, Israel and the Middle East in the Internet Policy Unit at the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change. She is also Lecturer in the Department of Political Science at University College London, teaching International Conflict Resolution and International Security. Sydney Statulevicius is a Senior Programme Advisor at the Ontario Ministry of Government and Consumer Services, also working for the Chief Information Officer within the Ontario Public Service. And finally. Stephen Van Dine is a former senior public service executive and policy practitioner. He is currently Senior Vice-President at the Institute on Governance in Canada. Stephen leads IOG’s public governance work to advance IOGs expertise and delivery of public governance research, advisory services and capacity building.
