The role sits in the SEO/ Linkbuilding team, which aims to get Apolitical’s online offering ranking high in search engine results. Your job will be to get other relevant and authoritative websites to link to Apolitical. Building such links to us is a critical way to maximise Apolitical’s visibility in search results – which in turn maximises Apolitical’s impact in the world. ,The ideal candidate will be a go-getter who isn’t afraid to get stuck in promoting Apolitical to various relevant organisations to get them talking and linking. This job is not for the shy. We’re looking for somebody with the capacity to persuade (could you sell sand in a desert?), somebody who is fuelled by resistance from others, and is able to continually and rapidly adapt to the responses they get.. You will need to have the determination to experiment, and keep trying something you find a way to achieve your goal.Managing your own pipeline, you will be contacting website owners at volume, mostly on the phone. Experience in linkbuilding is not essential, we will give full training. As long as you come in with hustle and a people-oriented communication manner, this job will give you the ultimate bootcamp in negotiation and winning deals – setting you up for the rest of your career in entrepreneurship and business. – You will have effective communication skills, including exceptional English grammar and writing skills. – You are internet savvy and are keen to learn the basics of search engines and website architecture. – You are an innovative, inquisitive and effective problem solver. – You work well in teams – helping to get the most out of a collective effort.- You can persevere and self-motivate in the face of failure.- You have excellent knowledge of G-suite.

Core Responsibilities

1. Identify (link) lead pools which may be interested in linking to Apolitical

2. Develop scripts which demonstrate Apolitical’s value proposition to them, and deliver these pitches articulately, persuasively and adaptively, according to who you are talking to

3. Engage potential clients through calling and emails (both high volumes of cold calling and and repeat calls)

4. Progress leads in your pipeline and win links (close these deal

5. Collect accurate and valuable data on Call volume, conversion rates, qualitative feedback to share within the team and help with the above points.

Key Deliverables

1. A high volume ( minimum 20) outreach calls per day.
