Apolitical is looking for a professional, warm and enthusiastic front of house to serve its global policymaking community


    • You’ll be swiftly and professionally supporting members by
      • Vetting and approving applications
      • Troubleshooting and helping them with bugs
      • Passing requests onwards appropriately to Apolitical team
      • Answering questions about Apolitical and how to use our global policy network
      • Potentially undertaking some light digital content operations work (e.g. emails)
      • Identifying connections and opportunities to make their experience on Apolitical excellent
    • You’ll need to be a great communicator, organised, with a real interest in helping others to make a positive difference
    • There will be lots of learning and sometimes changes, as in any startup, so you have to be resilient and flexible.
    • Being able to take the initiative and face challenges with a smile is essential



    • Organised and driven with a keen attention to detail
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Previous experience in customer service positions would be preferred
    • Answering incoming questions and queries (both email, phone and instant chat)
    • Open to flexibility in their job role – willing to help out where needed
    • Interest in government and policy would be a plus



    • This job is part time, with a starting guideline of approximately 15 hours a week
    • This could be working set daily hours, or more flexibly each day



    • Exposure to a mission-driven product team with the chance to pick up new technology skills
    • Chances to grow and support on wider community engagement work and growth campaigns
