Remote Yoga for Public Servants Around the World

Free Online Yoga | Every Weekday | Beginning 30th March 8:30-8:45am (BST) for 4 weeks

Numerous studies have found that yoga can minimise stress and anxiety and increase productivity. As many of us get used to working remotely and changing our daily routines, it’s important to remember to stay in touch with others and look after our mental and physical wellbeing.

After the success of Apolitical’s own morning yoga sessions, we’re inviting public servants from around the world to join us. We’ll be running a free 15-minute yoga session every weekday for 4 weeks. You can attend as many or as few as you want!

We’ll follow an online teacher through a beginner’s yoga programme together; you’re welcome whether you’re looking for a new way to exercise, a fun challenge or the chance to stay connected with others working in government. These 15-minute sessions will be facilitated by Nitika Agarwal, Apolitical’s Chief Operations Officer each weekday at 8.30am (BST).

Who should join:

This is open to all Apolitical members, whether you’re a total yoga beginner or a seasoned pro – it’s easy to do at home and requires no equipment. Participants are welcome to come to as few or as many sessions as they wish.

Apolitical takes no responsibility for the online instructors we stream during this session. Please follow along using your own judgement and at your own pace.

Open to all participants from the public service, civil society, and academia. If you are not yet a member of Apolitical, you will be taken to a signup page that will automatically register you for the session.
