The system establishes a lightweight Digital Twin environment using public data to support the administrative tasks of government agencies.
Existing Digital Twin technologies often require massive data processing and high-performance hardware, creating barriers for immediate adoption by public institutions. This project applies a more agile, Lightweight Digital Twin technology to enhance administrative efficiency and support rapid policy-making. This approach accelerates digital transformation across various public service sectors, including spatial management, facility maintenance, and disaster response.
The system establishes a lightweight Digital Twin environment using public data to support the administrative tasks of government agencies. First, it converts spatial data, facility information, and environmental data into optimized 3D models. By providing a more intuitive interface than traditional, heavy-duty digital twins, the system remains accessible for diverse public service applications.
For real-time analysis, the platform integrates with IoT sensors and public data systems to collect and reflect data instantly within the digital twin environment. This enables dynamic management of facilities, traffic flow analysis, and disaster response. Furthermore, the system supports Policy Simulation and Decision Support. Administrators can run "what-if" scenarios for improving traffic flow, analyzing disaster response strategies, or planning infrastructure maintenance, ensuring the most effective outcomes for public projects.
The implementation of this system significantly improves the work efficiency of public institutions and enables rapid, data-driven policy decisions. It also enhances the quality of administrative services by promoting the digital transformation of public facilities and infrastructure.

| Currently, commercial portal road views often show outdated imagery or are unavailable in areas where vehicles cannot enter. | Under the new system, using affordable 360-degree cameras, specific spaces and times can be virtualized. This allows officials to check the "Road View" of a specific lot or inaccessible area remotely, eliminating the need for frequent on-site visits and providing the most current visual data available. |
