Proposal for the application of Artificial Intelligence in the pre-screening of appeal processes for the Individual Performance Evaluation (ADI) of SED/MS. The solution aims to automate the extraction and organization of information, document verification
Application of Artificial Intelligence in the pre-screening of appeals for the Individual Performance Evaluation (ADI) of SED/MS, to identify inconsistencies and pending documentation, reduce rework, and streamline process preparation, while maintaining validation by the team and keeping the decision under the responsibility of the Appeals Committee.
The current process requires manual checks, complementary queries, and document organization by the PGDI team. Inconsistencies in the identification of registration, role, and employment relationship are recurrent, in addition to pending documentation that can generate rework and errors in subsequent stages.
To implement, in a gradual and controlled manner, an AI tool to perform the pre-screening of appeals, with the capacity to extract and organize information from documents, verify the presence of the required documentation, and flag potential discrepancies or inconsistencies for human verification.
Reduction in screening and document verification time;
Decrease in rework and procedural inconsistencies;
Greater standardization and organization of appeals;
Prevention of errors that could lead to rectifications or republications of administrative acts;
Better use of the team's time and greater administrative efficiency.
No cost. The proposal has no cost; it simply assists in daily activities and optimizes document screening time for analysis, so that the public servant/attendant has more time for agile and humanized service.
