An EU-funded app wants to make it easier for travellers to get medical attention abroad during a health emergency. The DECIPHER app connects EU countries' national health systems, which vary widely, by securely sharing patient health histories and data. The app, which is valued at $1.01 million, will translate patient records into different EU languages, starting with Italian, Spanish and English.
